Lake worth shopping plaza purchased by Boca real estate firm
Boca Raton March 27, 2006- Woolbright Development announced its acquisition of Lantana Square shopping plaza in Lake Worth in a deal worth $21m.
The 151,552 square foot Lantana Square is located on the southwest corner of Lantana Road and Jog Road and is home to approximately 35 retail tenants. Now that the acquisition has been made, Woolbright will undertake a major renovation project that includes landscaping changes, parking lot repaving, and improved lighting.
